PP Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or other documentation issues.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all health and safety regulations, including vaccinations or COVID-19 protocols.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of baggage.
PP Holidays is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

PP Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.) and is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Travelers are responsible for their belongings and must adhere to all local laws and regulations.
7. Changes to Itinerary
PP Holidays reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons.
Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible, but additional costs, if any, will be borne by the traveler.
8. Conduct and Behavior
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, cultures, and laws.
Any misconduct, including damage to property or harassment of fellow travelers, may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding our services must be reported immediately so that we can address them promptly.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
